Terra Dama Farm is a small family-run regenerative farm and homestead in the Fraser Valley. We provide fresh vegetables, eggs, herbs, seeds, and live plants to our community while upholding our strongly held ethical convictions.

We never spray pesticides or chemicals on our land, and we strive to maintain and build biodiversity and wildlife habitat and food sources through our responsible land management.

We are in the process of expanding our diverse medicinal herb filled Food Forest. Our herbal products will only be available once our plants are thoroughly established.

We are currently exploring the possibility of seasonal Herbal Subscription Boxes: A monthly box of ample fresh herbs to create your culinary delights or home medicines at your discretion.

Selling medicinal herbs is one of the main future goals of the farm. It’s empowering, delicious (although sometimes not), and an endless opportunity of learning about the earth and your own body / health. We won’t provide any health advice, so self study and confidence is strongly recommended before consuming herbs, but most of them are plants you will find in tea at the grocery store.

Keep in mind that each method of extraction (tea, infusion, alcohol, inhalation, oxymel, vinegar, etc) will contain its own unique health benefits in addition to characteristic of the plant.

Sourcing fresh ingredients and creating extraction with patience, care, and intention can create very potent benefits in anyone’s life.

Ample medicinal herbs on our farm also provides immune boosting pollen to local bees and insects and improves local biodiversity!
